Fertigung meiner Porzellan Puppen Alles beginnt mit einer Idee. Die Idee nimmt mit Hilfe von Plastiline oder Wachs Gestalt an. Dann muss ich von meinem modellierten Plastiline/Wachs Original eine Form bauen. Diese Form ist aus Gips und wird mit Porzellan ausgegossen. Nach einer Trocknungszeit werden die höchst zerbrechlichen Porzellanrohlinge versäubert. Danach erfolgt ein erster Brand bei ca. 700 Grad. Jetzt ist das Porzellan soweit verfestigt, dass ich einen Naßschliff vornehmen kann. Danach erfolgt der Scharfbrand, wobei die Porzellanteile noch einmal kräftig schrumpfen. Nach einem korrekten Scharfbrand ist das Porzellan fast unzerstörbar. Jetzt erfolgen noch ca. 3-5 Farbbrände Meine Porzellanpuppen sind kleine Varioserien, das bedeutet das jede Puppe individuell bemalt und gekleidet wird und somit einen eigenständigen Charakter darstellt. Jede meiner Puppen besteht aus 19 Einzelteilen. Die Puppen sind somit voll beweglich. After drying for the most fragile porcelain blanks are overcasts.  Then a first firing takes place at approximately 700 degrees. Now the porcelain is hardened so far that I can make a wet sanding.  This is followed by the mature fire, and the porcelain parts shrink in even more. After a proper mature fire, the porcelain is almost indestructible.  Now done for about 3-5 color fires  My porcelain dolls are small Vario series  which means that each doll individually  painted and clothed and is thus an independent  Character represents. Each of my dolls consists of 19 individual parts. The dolls are fully posable so.  I also finished single piece of porcelain or air-hardening modeling clay.
